The Redundancy Journey

After Redundancy helps you recognise and understand that it’s a journey. We help you work through the various phases, and to end that journey in a better place than you’re in right now.

Going through redundancy?

How does After Redundancy help?

Being made redundant is not nice, it’s not fun, but for an increasing number of people it is a reality which needs to be faced and needs to be dealt with.

For some, it is seen as an opportunity, a fresh start. For others, that’s a place they are yet to reach.

For all, it is a journey, but there’s no reason you should go on that journey alone.

After Redundancy has mapped the various stages of the journey so that you can choose on a ‘pick & mix’ basis where you need help.

If you recognise that you’re not good at everything, if you are ready to ask for help, or at least to look at and evaluate the free help we’re offering, then you’re in the right place.

The Journey

How do we do this for free?

  • Simply browsing the website

Clearly there is no cost for this – we hope all of the free information is of value to you.

  • Clicking links to free help

If you need free help, please use these links.  Most such organisations have capacity issues, so if you can afford to pay for help, please do.

  • Introductions to trusted experts

There’s no charge for our introduction service and you make your own decision as to whether or not to engage with them.

  • Engagement with our contacts

From now, the entire relationship does not involve After Redundancy – it’s between you and your supplier.

  • So, how do we get paid?

When you’ve paid your supplier for any agreed work, they will pay us a small commission.  There is no additional cost to you for this.

  • And finally...

We can’t be more transparent than that.  If you get the help you need, the supplier gets paid to supply, and we get a little “thank you” from them, then everyone’s a winner – that’s the outcome we’re looking for.
